Experience premium performance with this certified refurbished Microsoft Surface Laptop 4, powered by the 11th Gen Intel Core i7-1185G7 processor running at 3.00 GHz, 16 GB LPDDR4 RAM, 256 GB NVMe SSD, and featuring a 13.5-inch PixelSense touchscreen display in a sleek black finish with Windows 11 Pro. This versatile laptop combines professional-grade performance with exceptional portability, making it perfect for business productivity, creative work, and secure enterprise environments.
This certified refurbished Surface Laptop 4 excels across multiple professional scenarios. Business professionals will appreciate its robust performance for presentations, video conferencing, and multitasking with office applications whilst benefiting from Windows 11 Pro's advanced security features. IT administrators can leverage remote management capabilities and BitLocker encryption for enhanced data protection. Students benefit from its lightweight design for campus mobility while handling research, note-taking, and online learning. Creative professionals can tackle photo editing, graphic design, and content creation with confidence. The touchscreen functionality and premium build quality make it ideal for professionals who demand both style and substance in their mobile computing solution.
Windows 11 Pro delivers enterprise-grade security with BitLocker encryption, advanced networking with Remote Desktop capabilities, Hyper-V virtualisation for running multiple operating systems, and comprehensive Group Policy management for IT administrators. The operating system offers enhanced security features, improved multitasking with Snap Layouts, integrated Microsoft Teams, and a modernised user interface with rounded corners and centred taskbar. Windows 11 Pro provides better gaming performance with DirectX 12 Ultimate support and improved resource management. However, some older applications may experience compatibility issues, and the system requirements are higher compared to Windows 10, though this Surface Laptop 4 easily exceeds all requirements.
Excellent Grade devices showcase minimal signs of previous use with pristine screens free from scratches, cracks, or dead pixels, and only light keyboard wear - virtually indistinguishable from new condition.
Good Grade devices are fully functional with signs of more extensive use including body scratches, heavier keyboard wear, and possible small dents or paint chips, though screens remain crack-free with only subtle blemishes or uneven light diffusion.
