When you shop with us online, we ensure that your purchases reach you at your convenience by offering a selection of delivery options tailored to the size and destination of your items. For smaller products like parts, smartphones, tablets, and laptops, we utilize Star Track Express Premium Air, guaranteeing delivery within 1 business day to capital cities and major regional areas.
For bulkier goods, Star Track Road Express is our courier of choice, with delivery times ranging from 1 to 7 days based on your location.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

For international orders, we entrust delivery to DHL Air, ensuring your items are shipped securely across borders.
You'll see all these shipping options, along with their respective costs, clearly outlined at checkout once you've added items to your cart and specified the delivery address.

If you reside in regional or remote areas or on islands away from mainland Australia, please note that certain items may have shipping restrictions. We may be unable to provide courier services for these items. During the checkout process, you will be notified of these restrictions through an error message indicating that the item(s) in your cart cannot be shipped to your chosen address. Deliveries to remote locations are dependent on local transport schedules and may experience longer delays.

Some address types have restrictions on what can be sent to them. These restrictions typically pertain to the size and weight of the items, as well as the carriers that are able to deliver to them.
When sending orders to an Australia Post Collection Point (such as a Parcel Locker, Post Office, or a PO Box), a Locked Bag, or an RMB address, there are certain special considerations to keep in mind:
Size: Parcels cannot exceed the dimensions of 39 x 36 x 64cm and should not weigh more than 16kg.
Carrier: All parcels destined for the aforementioned address types will be handled by Australia Post.
It's important to note that deliveries to these address types may take longer than standard shipping.

If some of your order has not arrived, it is likely that your order has been split into multiple shipments or some items may be on backorder.
Our system automatically splits orders containing multiple items based on stock levels at the time of placement. This allows us to expedite the delivery of your order.

International orders can take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.
When placing an international order please note that you’ll be responsible for any import duties, taxes or other import related costs for the country the order is going to.

Click & Collect is an easy way to buy online and pick up your items from the Reboot IT store. Plus it's FREE!
How to use Click & Collect
- Proceed to checkout and choose the Store Pick Up option.
- Complete your payment and finalize your order.
- Your items will be reserved and prepared for collection during our store hours.
We’ll contact you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
After you have completed your online order, we will notify you once your items are ready for collection. You will receive either an email or an SMS when your items are available to be collected. Typically, orders are ready for collection within 24-48 hours of purchase.
What to bring when collecting your order
- Proof of purchase: This can be in the form of your order number or your order confirmation email or SMS.
- Valid physical photo ID: You can use your current driver's license, passport, or Keypass as a valid form of identification.

Can someone else pick up my Click & Collect order?
Yes, you can nominate someone to collect the order on your behalf. Just email us their First name, Last name and Mobile number.
What they will need to bring when collecting
1. Order number: This can be found in the 'Ready for collection' SMS or your order confirmation email.
2. Valid physical photo ID: This is required for the person who will be picking up the order. Accepted forms of ID include a current driver's license, passport, or Keypass.
