Does this laptop support Windows 11?
The i5-7200U (7th Gen) is not on Microsoft's official Windows 11 compatibility list, so it ships with Windows 10 Home. Some users install Windows 11 via the PC Health Check workaround, but Reboot IT tests and warrants the unit as configured with Windows 10 Home.
Can I upgrade the RAM or storage?
The 8GB RAM is soldered to the motherboard and cannot be upgraded. The M.2 NVMe SSD can be replaced with a larger drive if needed.
Does it have a touchscreen?
This model (9360) has a non-touch FHD display. The screen is anti-glare and very clear, but it does not support touch input.
What ports does the XPS 13 9360 have?
You get Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C, 40Gbps, supports DisplayPort and charging), two USB 3.0 Type-A ports, a 3-in-1 SD card reader, and a Noble Lock security slot. Note: there is no HDMI port — you'll need a USB-C to HDMI adapter for external monitors.
What does the 12-month warranty cover?
All hardware components including the screen, motherboard, CPU, storage, and ports. Battery is covered by a separate 30-day warranty. If anything fails, contact Reboot IT for assessment and repair or replacement.
What is the difference between Excellent and Good grade?
Excellent grade units show minimal cosmetic wear and have a battery at 70%+ health. Good grade units may have visible scratches or scuffs and a battery at 50–70% health. Both grades are fully tested and functional, and both include the same 12-month warranty.
How is shipping calculated?

Fair tech for price, good specs for era, serves the purpose. The black keyboard is an interesting rubber like texture clearly by design to pad the screen and avoid the keyboard touching. Screen is great. Still looking for magic formula to enable computer use in the bright bright sunshine. Keyboard taps are loud for someone who likes silent touch. The perfect PC has to exist, like build a bear.
The laptop was sold with a warning about worn keycaps. In fact they had been obviously vandalised (ex school laptops, perhaps?). The keyboard worked fine, and the rest of the laptop too. I'm using it as a file server, so I don't need the keyboard much. So very pleased, and also pleased with reboot-it's service - as always, excellent, and quick responses to any queries.
