The Latitude 3410 is Dell business range without the ultrabook extras. The 10th-generation i5-10310U is a capable four-core processor, and paired with an NVMe SSD the machine feels quick in everyday use — boot, login, opening applications and switching between them.
The Full HD screen matters more than it sounds. A lot of machines in this class still ship 1366x768 panels, which make spreadsheets and documents cramped. 1920x1080 on a 14-inch screen gives you real working space.
With 8GB of memory this is aimed at ordinary workloads rather than heavy multitasking. For email, documents, spreadsheets, browsing and video calls it is well matched; if you routinely run virtual machines or very large datasets, look at the 16 or 32GB machines instead.

What does "refurbished" mean here?
Every unit is wiped, tested across all major functions, cleaned and graded by our own technicians in Melbourne. It is not a factory-sealed new machine, and it is not sold as one.
Is the battery new?
No. Battery health is measured at testing: 70% or better for Grade A, 50–70% for Grade B. Replacement batteries can be supplied on request.
What is included in the box?
The laptop and a matching power adapter. No original packaging, manuals or accessories unless stated.
