Is this a touchscreen?
No. This unit has the non-touch 400-nit anti-glare IPS panel. The Latitude 5340 was also sold with a touch option, so it is worth checking the listing rather than assuming.
Can I upgrade the memory beyond 32GB?
No. LPDDR5 on this platform is soldered directly to the mainboard, so 32GB is permanent. The upside is that 32GB is already at the top of what this chassis was offered with.
Can I replace or upgrade the SSD?
Yes. The 256GB drive is a standard M.2 2230 NVMe module and can be swapped for a larger one.
What does vPro give me?
Intel vPro Enterprise adds hardware-level remote management, so IT teams can access, patch and repair the machine below the operating system. It is only useful with the matching management infrastructure — for a single user it makes no practical difference.
Does it have mobile broadband?
No WWAN card is fitted. The chassis is 4G-capable and the antennas are present, so a card can be added later if you need it.
