Reboot IT's limited warranty for refurbished equipment lasts 90 days to 1 year from the purchase date, covering defects in materials and workmanship but not consumables like batteries unless they're completely non-functional upon receipt.

The warranty excludes items sold "AS IS" or for "PARTS ONLY," damage from misuse, lack of compatibility, unauthorized repairs, accidents, or external causes such as transit damage and environmental conditions. Legal rights may vary by state, and the warranty is limited to the period specified with no implied warranties extending beyond it.

The Polycom Converged Management Application (CMA) is a management solution for administering telepresence systems, video conferencing endpoints, desktop PC clients and MCUs. The basis of the solution is the Polycom CMA Server, a standards-based management application that provides comprehensive directory services, central deployment and management for thousands of video endpoints, both high definition telepresence and more traditional video conferencing systems. A particular highlight of the CMA is that it comes with a free H.323 PC client for up to 5000 registrations.
