The included software makes it easy to scan important documents and even create editable text from scanned documents and magazines.
The Scanjet G3010 allows you to easily scan letter size documents, photos, or 35mm slides or negatives, even scan books and other large items with the adjustable lid. Scan photos, text, slides and more at 4800 x 9600 dpi resolution and 48-bit color. Scan photos to make beautiful, true-to-original reprints, share with others or save on your PC.
Then organize, edit and e-mail photos without large file attachments, using HP Photosmart software. Keep a safe, digital record of all of your important with clear, crisp scans, and create editable text from scanned documents and magazines using the included OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software. Easily enhance and restore photos, slides and negatives with HP Real Life Technologies.
Remove dust and scratches or restore faded color from scanned images, even remove red eye and brighten dark areas using HP Adaptive Lighting. Plus, you can easily convert 35-mm slides and negatives into digital files you can print, share and save.
