The Latitude 9000 series is what Dell builds when the machine will be seen as much as used. The 9520 is a 15-inch laptop in a chassis closer to a 14-inch one, and the screen is the first thing you notice: 400 nits is bright enough to work beside a window without fighting reflections.
The camera hardware is the second. An infrared sensor means Windows Hello signs you in by face rather than password, a proximity sensor locks the machine when you walk away, and a physical shutter closes over the lens when you want it closed. On most business laptops you get one of those three.
Underneath it is a straightforward, capable business machine: an 11th-generation Core i5-1145G7 with vPro, 16GB of memory and a 512GB NVMe SSD. Enough for heavy multitasking, video conferencing and working offline, in something light enough to carry all day.

What warranty comes with it?
A 12-month warranty from Reboot IT, covering hardware faults. The battery carries a separate 30-day warranty, as batteries are consumable.
What does "refurbished" mean here?
Every unit is wiped, tested across all major functions, cleaned and graded by our own technicians in Melbourne. It is not a factory-sealed new machine, and it is not sold as one.
Is the battery new?
No. Battery health is measured at testing: 70% or better for Grade A, 50–70% for Grade B. Replacement batteries can be supplied on request.
What is included in the box?
The laptop and a matching power adapter. No original packaging, manuals or accessories unless stated.
How much is shipping?

What operating system is installed?
Windows 11 Pro is installed and activated, ready for first boot or to join a domain.
Is the screen a touchscreen?
No. This unit has the non-touch 400-nit Full HD panel. Dell built the 9520 both ways; this one is the clamshell, non-touch configuration.
