Does this come with a charger?
No — a Lightning cable is included but the charger brick is not. Any USB-A or USB-C adapter with a Lightning cable will charge the device.
Is it unlocked for any carrier?
Yes — this is the AU model, network unlocked and compatible with Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, and other AU carriers. Insert your SIM and it works immediately.
What is the battery health?
Excellent (Grade A) units have ≥70% battery capacity; Good (Grade B) units are 50–70%. Battery health is covered by a 30-day warranty from date of purchase.
What iOS version does it run?
Units are reset and updated to the latest iOS version supported by the iPhone X (iOS 16). It does not support iOS 17 or later.
Does Face ID work properly?
Yes — Face ID is tested as part of our diagnostic process. Units with non-functional Face ID are not sold as standard stock.
What shipping options are available?
Shipping costs apply based on size and destination — rates are calculated at checkout.
Is data wiped before delivery?
Yes — certified data destruction is performed on every unit. All devices are factory reset before testing and refurbishment.
