What is the maximum iOS version this iPad supports?
The iPad 4th Generation supports up to iOS 10.3.4. While newer apps requiring iOS 11+ won't run, the device functions well for web browsing, email, YouTube, FaceTime, and many productivity apps that support iOS 10.
Is a SIM card included for cellular?
