Two things make this E7470 worth more than a standard one: the screen and the modem. The QHD panel runs at 2560x1440, which is a genuine step up from the 1366x768 and 1920x1080 screens most machines of this generation carry, and it is a touchscreen as well.
The built-in 4G LTE is the bigger differentiator. With a data SIM fitted the machine is online wherever there is mobile coverage, which for field work, site visits and travel is far more reliable than hunting for Wi-Fi or draining a phone battery on tethering.
The i5-6300U is a 6th-generation dual-core processor, so this is not a fast machine by current standards and it stays on Windows 10 Pro — Microsoft does not support Windows 11 on this CPU. For connected, mobile, document-centred work it remains very usable.

Battery health is measured at the time of testing and carries a 30-day battery warranty. Every machine is fully tested regardless of grade.
What warranty comes with it?
A 3-month warranty from Reboot IT, covering hardware faults. The battery carries a separate 30-day warranty, as batteries are consumable.
What does "refurbished" mean here?
Every unit is wiped, tested across all major functions, cleaned and graded by our own technicians in Melbourne. It is not a factory-sealed new machine, and it is not sold as one.
Is the battery new?
No. Battery health is measured at testing: 70% or better for Grade A, 50–70% for Grade B. Replacement batteries can be supplied on request.
What is included in the box?
The laptop and a matching power adapter. No original packaging, manuals or accessories unless stated.
How much is shipping?
Free standard AU shipping is included on this item.
What operating system is installed?
Windows 10 Pro is installed and activated. The i5-6300U is a 6th-generation processor and is not supported for Windows 11.
Is a SIM card included for the 4G?
No. The modem is built in and ready to use, but you supply your own data SIM and plan.
Can it be upgraded to Windows 11?
Not officially. The 6th-generation Core i5-6300U is not on Microsoft supported-processor list for Windows 11, so it ships with Windows 10 Pro.
