The thing that separates this Latitude 7410 from most is the modem. With a data SIM fitted it is online wherever there is mobile coverage — no hunting for Wi-Fi, no tethering to a phone, no captive portals. For field work, site visits and travel that is a different experience from a Wi-Fi-only laptop.
The touchscreen is the second differentiator. A 14" Full HD touch panel suits the work that goes with being mobile: marking up a drawing, signing a document in front of a customer, or presenting without a keyboard in the way.
The rest is a solid 10th-generation business machine. A Core i5-10310U with vPro, 16GB of memory and a 256GB NVMe SSD handle everyday office work comfortably, and the chassis is thin and light enough that carrying it all day is not a decision you think about.

Battery health is measured at the time of testing and carries a 30-day battery warranty. Every machine is fully tested regardless of grade.
What warranty comes with it?
A 12-month warranty from Reboot IT, covering hardware faults. The battery carries a separate 30-day warranty, as batteries are consumable.
What does "refurbished" mean here?
Every unit is wiped, tested across all major functions, cleaned and graded by our own technicians in Melbourne. It is not a factory-sealed new machine, and it is not sold as one.
Is the battery new?
No. Battery health is measured at testing: 70% or better for Grade A, 50–70% for Grade B. Replacement batteries can be supplied on request.
What is included in the box?
The laptop and a matching power adapter. No original packaging, manuals or accessories unless stated.
How much is shipping?

What operating system is installed?
Windows 11 Pro is installed and activated, ready for first boot or to join a domain.
Is a SIM card included for the 4G?
