The Latitude 7300 occupies the premium tier of Dell's 13" Latitude range. The difference from the 5300 is primarily in the chassis — the 7-series uses a magnesium alloy shell that shaves weight without sacrificing rigidity. For a machine you carry daily, that translates to less fatigue and more confidence in the build. The hinge, keyboard and trackpad also reflect a higher manufacturing standard.
