This panel fits the non-touch Dell Latitude 7280, and the closely related 5280 which uses the same 12.5" assembly. Before ordering, confirm the part number on the label behind your existing screen reads M1GMV or 0M1GMV, and that your machine is a non-touch model — touch variants use a bonded digitiser assembly that this panel cannot replace.
Installation is a standard bezel-off screen swap: release the bezel clips, remove the four panel screws, disconnect the eDP cable at the back of the panel, then reverse the process with the new screen. No BIOS change or driver installation is required — Windows detects the panel on the next boot at the original resolution.
A screen replacement is usually the difference between retiring a working machine and getting several more years from it. If the rest of the laptop is sound, replacing a cracked or failing panel is by far the cheapest way to return it to service.

Each panel is connected to a test rig and powered on before dispatch. We run full white, full black and primary colour fields to expose dead or lit pixels, backlight bleed, clouding and pressure marks, then inspect the surface under angled light for scratches, delamination and edge damage. The connector and mounting ears are checked for bent pins and cracks, and the panel label is photographed so the part number can be confirmed against your order.
Supplied as the bare panel only. Bezel, hinges, cables, camera module and mounting brackets are not included — reuse the parts from your existing screen assembly. Installation is not included and should be carried out by someone comfortable with laptop disassembly.
How do I confirm this panel fits my laptop?
Check the label on the back of your current screen. If it reads M1GMV, 0M1GMV or B125HAN02.3, this is a direct match. Your machine must also be a non-touch model.
Will it fit a touchscreen Latitude 7280?
No. Touch variants use a bonded panel-and-digitiser assembly with a different connector. This panel suits non-touch models only.
Does it fit the Latitude 5280 as well?
Yes. The non-touch 5280 uses the same 12.5" Full HD assembly and the same part reference.
Are any drivers or BIOS changes needed?
No. Windows detects the panel automatically on the next boot and runs at the original 1920 x 1080 resolution.
