AKG SR470 Wireless Stationary Receiver (WMS470)

The AKG SR470 is a professional wireless stationary receiver from AKG's WMS470 wireless system. It sits in a half-rack metal housing and sends audio out through balanced XLR and 1/4" jack outputs to a mixer, DSP or amplifier.

This is a pre-owned unit in Excellent condition. It was powered on and checked at Reboot IT in Melbourne, and started without errors. The antennas are included. Rack brackets are not included.

Performance in Use

A stationary receiver picks up the signal from a wireless microphone transmitter and turns it back into an audio feed for your sound system. The SR470 does this for AKG's WMS470 system. Its balanced XLR output is the usual choice for longer cable runs to a mixer or DSP, while the 1/4" jack output suits simpler setups.

The half-rack metal housing keeps it compact. This unit is supplied without rack brackets, so it is ready for a desk, shelf or equipment tray as it is; if you want to rack mount it, you will need to source suitable brackets separately.

Wireless receivers operate on a specific radio frequency band, and the band of this unit is not recorded. Before you order, check with us that the band suits your transmitters and is appropriate for use in your location.
