The Poly Trio C60 is a premium IP conference phone with a 5-inch colour touchscreen, 360° multi-microphone pickup, and native support for Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Backed by a 12-month Reboot IT warranty, it turns any small-to-medium meeting room into a crystal-clear collaboration space with true full-room audio.
In a typical huddle room or mid-size boardroom, the Trio C60 removes the friction from meetings. Walk in, tap a calendared Teams or Zoom meeting on the touchscreen, and you are connected — no laptop tethering, no cable hunting. The three-microphone array picks up participants seated right around the table, and Poly's HD Voice processing keeps speech natural and intelligible even when two people talk over each other.
Where cheaper conference units fall down is background noise. The Trio C60's NoiseBlockAI and Acoustic Fence technologies actively strip out air-conditioning hum, paper shuffling, and side conversations, so the people dialling in from home hear a clean feed. For hybrid teams running back-to-back calls, that difference is the gap between meetings that flow and meetings that stall on "sorry, can you repeat that?"
Deployment is equally painless. Power over Ethernet means a single cable handles both data and power, and IT teams can provision the device centrally through Poly Lens or their UC platform. When a room needs more reach, two expansion microphones daisy-chain in to cover longer tables without adding a second base unit.

The three-microphone array provides 360° pickup up to roughly 6 metres (20 ft), suited to small and medium meeting rooms. For longer tables you can add up to two optional expansion microphones.
How is it powered?
The Trio C60 is powered over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3at PoE), so a single network cable handles both data and power. This keeps the tabletop clear of power bricks.

Fair tech for price, good specs for era, serves the purpose. The black keyboard is an interesting rubber like texture clearly by design to pad the screen and avoid the keyboard touching. Screen is great. Still looking for magic formula to enable computer use in the bright bright sunshine. Keyboard taps are loud for someone who likes silent touch. The perfect PC has to exist, like build a bear.
