Q: Is the OPPO A17 unlocked?
A: Yes. Every OPPO A17 we sell is factory unlocked and works with all major Australian carriers including Telstra, Optus, Vodafone and their MVNOs.
Q: What is included in the box?
A: You receive the OPPO A17 smartphone, a power adapter, charging cable and a tax invoice. Original retail packaging is not included.
Q: Does it support 5G?
A: No. The OPPO A17 supports 4G LTE networks. It does not have 5G capability.
Q: Can I expand the storage?
A: Yes. The OPPO A17 has a dedicated microSD card slot (separate from the dual SIM tray), so you can add a microSD card up to 1TB without giving up a SIM slot.
Q: What does the warranty cover?
A: Our 12-month Reboot IT warranty covers hardware defects and component failure under normal use. Battery is covered for 30 days from purchase. All warranty claims are handled from our Melbourne workshop.

Q: What is the difference between Excellent and Good?
A: Excellent (Grade A) units have minimal cosmetic marks and 70%+ battery health. Good (Grade B) units may show light wear on the body but are fully functional with 50–70% battery health. Both grades are professionally tested and covered by the same 12-month warranty.
