The NEC IP2AT-12TXD is a 12-button digital desk telephone for NEC Topaz business phone systems, with full hands-free operation and a 360-degree call indicator. Backed by a 12-month warranty from Reboot IT.
An NEC Topaz system tends to stay in service for years, and the most common need is simply another handset that matches the rest of the office — for a new starter, a replacement for a damaged phone, or an extra desk in a busy reception. The IP2AT-12TXD is the same model many Topaz sites already run, so staff pick it up without retraining.
Twelve programmable buttons keep outside lines and common features one press away, which suits reception and front-desk roles that juggle several calls. Hands-free operation lets a user keep typing or taking notes during a call, and the 360-degree call indicator makes a ringing phone easy to spot across an open-plan floor.
The phone connects to your existing Topaz system with a standard line cord, so adding or swapping a handset does not mean changing the phone system itself.
