Every ThinkBook 14 goes through the same bench process before it is graded: a full hardware diagnostic across processor, memory and storage; a battery health reading recorded against the grade thresholds; keyboard, trackpad and every port exercised individually; camera, microphone and speakers checked; Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connected and verified; and the display inspected under white and black screens for dead pixels, backlight bleed and pressure marks. The drive is then securely wiped and Windows 11 Pro installed fresh and activated.
