Does it include laminating pouches?

No. Laminating pouches are sold separately. Any standard A3 pouch between 80 and 250 micron (total pouch thickness) is compatible.

What is IntelliLam technology?

IntelliLam is Fellowes' automatic temperature regulation system. It senses the pouch thickness and adjusts heat automatically, reducing bubbling and wrinkling without manual dial adjustment.

Can it laminate A4 documents?

Yes. The Jupiter 2 handles all formats up to A3, including A4, A5, business card, and ID card pouches.

What happens if it jams?

The Jupiter 2 features an anti-jam reverse function. Press the reverse button to back out the pouch if a jam occurs. Never pull a jammed pouch forward — always use the reverse function.

What is the warranty?

All Reboot IT products include a 12-month warranty. If a fault develops within 12 months, we repair or replace at no cost.
