The 7410 2-in-1 is a different machine from the standard 7410, and the hinge is the reason. Folded back it becomes a tablet, which changes how it is used on site, in meetings and in front of customers — annotating a drawing or collecting a signature stops being awkward.
Underneath it is a proper business laptop. The Core i7-10610U with vPro and 16GB of memory means you are not trading performance for the convertible form; it handles video calls, large documents and heavy tab use as well as any 14-inch ultrabook.
The 512GB SSD gives enough space to work offline, which matters more for a machine you will take to places with poor connectivity. Pen input is supported, though a stylus is not included.

A 12-month warranty from Reboot IT, covering hardware faults. The battery carries a separate 30-day warranty, as batteries are consumable.
What does "refurbished" mean here?
Every unit is wiped, tested across all major functions, cleaned and graded by our own technicians in Melbourne. It is not a factory-sealed new machine, and it is not sold as one.
Is the battery new?
No. Battery health is measured at testing: 70% or better for Grade A, 50–70% for Grade B. Replacement batteries can be supplied on request.
What is included in the box?
The laptop and a matching power adapter. No original packaging, manuals or accessories unless stated.
How much is shipping?

What operating system is installed?
Windows 11 Pro is installed and activated, ready for first boot or to join a domain.
Does it come with a stylus?
