What is a refurbished device?
A refurbished device is a pre-owned item that has been restored to meet high-quality standards. At Reboot IT, we adhere to strict quality guidelines, ensuring that our refurbished products are not the same as used or secondhand items. We meticulously clean, test, and assess each device, replacing worn parts with high-quality components.
Unlike used items, which lack guarantees and rely solely on the seller's word regarding condition, refurbished devices come with assurance of quality and reliability.
What payment options are available?
We offer a variety of payment options to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible! You can pay using all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Zip Pay, and PayPal. If you prefer, we also accept bank deposits and even cash for in-store purchases!

The Latitude 5531 is Dell's heavy-duty 15.6-inch business machine, and this one is specified properly: a 14-core Core i7-12800H, 16GB of memory, a 512GB NVMe SSD, a Full HD touchscreen and a built-in 4G LTE modem. The H-series processor is the point of difference — it is a workstation-class chip, not the low-power U-series found in most business laptops, so it holds its speed under sustained load.
The i7-12800H is the reason to choose this machine. Where a standard business laptop throttles back after a minute of hard work, the H-series chip keeps going — which matters for large spreadsheets, database work, software development, running virtual machines, or any job that keeps every core busy. Paired with 16GB of memory and a 512GB NVMe SSD, it is a genuinely fast laptop rather than a merely adequate one, and the 512GB drive means you are not immediately managing space.

Do I need a special SIM for the 4G?
No. The laptop takes a standard data SIM from any Australian carrier. You will need a data plan; the SIM itself is not included.
How is an H-series processor different?
H-series chips have more cores and a higher power budget than the U-series found in most business laptops. They stay fast under sustained load, at the cost of some battery life.
Does it come with a charger?
Yes, a compatible power adapter is included.
Is Windows included and activated?
Yes. Windows 11 Pro is installed and activated, ready to use.
Can I get more than one?

Touch and a lit keyboard
The Full HD touchscreen makes forms, drawings and PDFs quicker to work through, and the backlit keyboard keeps it usable in a dim room, a car or an evening flight.

Intel vPro allows remote management and repair, and Windows 11 Pro supports domain join and BitLocker, so the laptop fits straight into a managed fleet.
