What is a refurbished device?
A refurbished device is a pre-owned item that has been restored to meet high-quality standards. At Reboot IT, we adhere to strict quality guidelines, ensuring that our refurbished products are not the same as used or secondhand items. We meticulously clean, test, and assess each device, replacing worn parts with high-quality components.
Unlike used items, which lack guarantees and rely solely on the seller's word regarding condition, refurbished devices come with assurance of quality and reliability.

Dell Latitude 5531 15.6" i7-12800H 32GB 512GB SSD MX550 Touch ...

This is the Latitude 5531 at close to its best specification: a 14-core Core i7-12800H, 32GB of memory, a 512GB NVMe SSD, NVIDIA GeForce MX550 discrete graphics, a Full HD touchscreen and a built-in 4G LTE modem. The combination of an H-series processor, 32GB of memory and a separate graphics card makes this a capable machine for work that an ordinary business laptop simply cannot carry.
32GB of memory is the headline. It is the difference between closing programs to make room and simply leaving everything open — several large spreadsheets, a virtual machine, a dozen browser tabs and a video call, all at once. Behind it the 14-core i7-12800H keeps its clocks up under sustained load, and the MX550 takes graphics work off the processor, which helps with multiple displays, photo work and light video editing. The 512GB NVMe SSD keeps everything feeling immediate.

Is 32GB really worth it?
If you run virtual machines, very large spreadsheets or datasets, or simply keep a great many applications open, yes — it is the upgrade people notice most. For email and web browsing, 16GB is plenty.
What can the MX550 do?
It is an entry-level discrete card. It helps with multiple monitors, photo editing and light video work, and it will run older or less demanding games. It is not a workstation or gaming GPU.
Do I need a special SIM for the 4G?
No, a standard Australian data SIM works. A SIM and data plan are not included.
Does it come with a charger?
Yes, a compatible power adapter is included.
Is Windows included and activated?
Yes. Windows 11 Pro is installed and activated.

32GB changes how you work
With 32GB of memory you stop managing what is open. Virtual machines, large spreadsheets, design files and a browser full of tabs can all sit there at once without the laptop slowing to a crawl.
Online anywhere
The built-in 4G LTE modem takes a standard data SIM, so you can work from a site, a car or a client's office without Wi-Fi or tethering.
A separate graphics card
The NVIDIA GeForce MX550 handles display and graphics work independently of the processor, which helps with multiple monitors, photo editing and light video work.
Performance that holds up
The 14-core i7-12800H is an H-series processor. It sustains high clock speeds under long workloads instead of throttling back the way low-power business chips do.
