What card readers does it have?
This unit was factory-configured with a palmrest containing NFC, a fingerprint reader, and both a contacted and a contactless smart card reader. PIV, CAC and corporate badge authentication all work without an external reader. There is also a separate SD card slot for media.
Is the screen a touchscreen?
No. This configuration uses a 14-inch Full HD IPS panel rated at 400 nits with ComfortView Plus. It is not a touch panel, but it is significantly brighter than a standard business display.
What is ComfortView Plus?
It is Dell's hardware-level low blue light panel. Unlike a software night-mode filter it reduces harmful blue light without shifting the screen colour, so the display stays accurate for everyday work.
Does it support Intel vPro?
No. This particular unit was configured by Dell with management disabled, so it suits standalone use rather than a vPro-managed corporate fleet.
Can I upgrade the memory or storage later?
