What is a refurbished device?
A refurbished device is a pre-owned item that has been restored to meet high-quality standards. At Reboot IT, we adhere to strict quality guidelines, ensuring that our refurbished products are not the same as used or secondhand items. We meticulously clean, test, and assess each device, replacing worn parts with high-quality components.
Unlike used items, which lack guarantees and rely solely on the seller's word regarding condition, refurbished devices come with assurance of quality and reliability.

We offer a variety of payment options to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible! You can pay using all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Zip Pay, and PayPal. If you prefer, we also accept bank deposits and even cash for in-store purchases!
We ensure secure processing of your payment information and do not retain or have access to your credit card details.
A wireless presentation receiver that sits on a meeting-room display and lets people share their screens from a laptop, phone or tablet with no cable and no dongle. Outputs over HDMI at up to 4K60, joins the room either through the corporate network or its own built-in Wi-Fi, and takes power over PoE+. Backed by a 12-month warranty from Reboot IT.
AirMedia solves the same problem as every wireless presentation system — the meeting that starts five minutes late because nobody has the right adapter — but it does so in a way built for corporate IT rather than a huddle-room gadget. It is centrally manageable, it authenticates, and it fits an estate where a hundred rooms need to behave identically.
The -WF variant is the one with built-in Wi-Fi, and that matters more than it sounds. A receiver that only joins the wired corporate LAN forces guests onto that network to present. With its own Wi-Fi the AM-3100-WF can host a direct connection instead, which is usually the difference between a visitor presenting immediately and a helpdesk ticket.
Two practical points. Wireless content tops out at 1080p30 over AirMedia, which is right for slides, documents and static content but is not a 60 Hz video path — full-motion video over a wireless link will show it. And like all AirMedia units it expects a properly configured network: multicast, firewall rules and client software all need to be right, so plan the deployment with whoever runs the network.

| Grade A — Excellent | Excellent to very good cosmetic condition. May carry light scratches or other minor blemishes from normal service. Fully tested and functionally as-new. |
| Grade B — Good | Good cosmetic condition with more visible wear, scuffing or marking to the casing. Function and performance are unaffected and testing is identical to Grade A. |
Cosmetic grading describes the casing only. Every unit, whatever its grade, is tested to the same standard and carries the same warranty.
Is a power supply included?
No. The AM-3100-WF is PoE+ powered, so a PoE+ switch port is normally all that is required. If your switch does not supply PoE+ you will need an injector or the Crestron power pack, neither of which is included.
What does the -WF suffix mean?
It denotes the variant with built-in Wi-Fi network connectivity. That lets the receiver host a direct wireless connection, so guests can present without being placed on the corporate network.
Does it do 4K?
The HDMI output supports up to 4K (3840 × 2160), and wirelessly shared content is carried at 1080p30 over AirMedia. That suits slides, documents and static content; full-motion 60 Hz video is not what a wireless presentation link is designed for.
What can present to it?
Laptops, smartphones and tablets, using the AirMedia client or supported native casting. It also provides USB interfaces for in-room conferencing peripherals such as a camera or speakerphone.
Does it need network configuration?
Yes. Like all AirMedia receivers it expects a properly configured network — multicast, firewall rules and client software need to be correct. Plan the deployment with whoever manages the network.
What is shipping and delivery like?
Shipping costs apply based on size and destination — rates are calculated at checkout. Orders placed before the daily cut-off are typically dispatched the same business day from our Melbourne warehouse.

Nothing to Plug In
Participants present from their own laptop, phone or tablet over the network, so there is no adapter hunt and no cable passed around the meeting table.
Drives a 4K60 Display
HDMI output runs up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz, so a modern meeting-room display is driven natively. Wirelessly shared content is carried at 1080p30 over AirMedia.
Guests Present Without Network Access
The -WF variant has built-in Wi-Fi, so the receiver can host a direct wireless connection rather than forcing visitors onto the corporate LAN just to show a slide deck.
Single-Cable Install
PoE+ carries power and network together, so one Cat cable behind the display is the entire installation, with USB available for in-room conferencing peripherals.
