Is the iPhone 7 unlocked?
Yes. It's unlocked, so you can use a SIM from your preferred Australian carrier with no lock-in. Since the 3G networks closed, each carrier keeps its own list of approved handsets, so we recommend a quick check with your carrier before you switch your number across.
Has the iPhone been reset?
Yes. Every iPhone is factory reset before dispatch. When it arrives, power it on and sign in with your own Apple ID to restore your contacts, apps and photos from your backup.
What battery health can I expect?
Battery health depends on the grade you choose: 70%+ for Grade A and 50–70% for Grade B. Every battery is checked during testing and covered by a 30-day battery warranty.
How do I connect wired headphones?
The iPhone 7 does not have a 3.5mm headphone jack. Wired audio is via the Lightning port, using Lightning headphones or a Lightning adapter (not included).
Does it come with a charger or box?
