What is a refurbished device?
A refurbished device is a pre-owned item that has been restored to meet high-quality standards. At Reboot IT, we adhere to strict quality guidelines, ensuring that our refurbished products are not the same as used or secondhand items. We meticulously clean, test, and assess each device, replacing worn parts with high-quality components.
Unlike used items, which lack guarantees and rely solely on the seller's word regarding condition, refurbished devices come with assurance of quality and reliability.

Does the 4G work in Australia?
Yes. The fitted Intel XMM 7360 is a global LTE modem. You will need a mobile data plan; a SIM is not included.
Is a pen included?
No. The touchscreen supports an active pen, but the pen is sold separately.
Does it come with a charger?
Yes, a compatible USB-C power adapter is included.
Can the memory be upgraded?
No. The memory on the Latitude 5330 is soldered to the board, so 16GB is what it will always have.
