Performance in Use

The Aruba AP-565 brings Wi-Fi 6 to the outdoors. Its IP67-rated, temperature-hardened enclosure is designed for courtyards, warehouses, loading docks, campuses, stadiums and other exposed areas where indoor APs cannot survive. OFDMA and MU-MIMO keep it efficient even when many devices connect at once.

With concurrent 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz radios and up to 1.77 Gbps aggregate, a single AP-565 covers a substantial outdoor area with fast, low-latency Wi-Fi. Integrated Bluetooth 5 and Zigbee radios add location services and IoT capability for asset tracking and smart-site applications.

Deployment is flexible through Aruba Instant or Aruba Central / ArubaOS, so the AP-565 slots into an existing Aruba estate to extend coverage outdoors. As with other ex-enterprise Aruba APs, confirm your intended firmware/management model (Instant vs Central) before deployment.

Fair tech for price

Fair tech for price, good specs for era, serves the purpose. The black keyboard is an interesting rubber like texture clearly by design to pad the screen and avoid the keyboard touching. Screen is great. Still looking for magic formula to enable computer use in the bright bright sunshine. Keyboard taps are loud for someone who likes silent touch. The perfect PC has to exist, like build a bear.
