A 6-core i5 paired with 16 GB of RAM and NVMe storage handles a heavy browser session, Outlook, Excel with large workbooks, a Teams call and a remote desktop connection concurrently without the machine becoming the bottleneck.

The 16 GB configuration matters more than the core count for most users. Where an 8 GB machine starts paging to disk once a dozen browser tabs and a couple of Office documents are open, this one still has headroom. Combined with an NVMe SSD, the practical result is that the machine responds immediately rather than pausing when you switch between applications.

The Tiny form factor is the other half of the appeal. It VESA-mounts to the back of a monitor or sits upright in a few centimetres of desk, which suits reception desks, hot-desks, classrooms, meeting rooms and anywhere a tower simply will not fit. Is Windows 11 Pro properly licensed?

Yes. The machine ships with Windows 11 Pro installed and activated. The i5-9600T is a 9th-generation processor, which meets the Windows 11 hardware requirement, so it will continue to receive updates normally.

Can I add more RAM or storage?

Yes. The M920Q uses DDR4 SODIMM memory in two slots and has an M.2 slot for the NVMe drive, plus provision for a 2.5-inch drive in most configurations. Memory can typically be taken well beyond the 16 GB fitted here.

How many monitors will it drive?

Two external displays through the DisplayPort outputs is the standard configuration, with HDMI also present. It comfortably handles a dual-monitor office setup.

Does it come with a keyboard, mouse or monitor?

No. The listing covers the mini PC and its power adapter. Peripherals and displays are sold separately.

Is it quiet enough for a reception desk?
