The Polycom VoiceStation 100 is a compact analogue conference phone with three built-in microphones giving 360-degree room pickup and Polycom Acoustic Clarity full-duplex audio. Designed for small meeting rooms and offices, it connects to a standard analogue phone line. Backed by a 12-month Reboot IT warranty.
The VoiceStation 100 is aimed squarely at the small meeting room — the four to six person table where a full-size conference phone would be overkill and a mobile on speaker is genuinely inadequate. Three microphones arranged for 360-degree coverage mean nobody has to lean toward the unit to be heard, which is the single most common complaint about improvised conference audio.
Full-duplex operation is what separates a real conference phone from a speakerphone. Half-duplex devices cut one direction while the other is talking, so interruptions and quick agreement get lost. Polycom Acoustic Clarity holds both directions open, so the call sounds like a conversation rather than a walkie-talkie exchange.
The important consideration before buying is the line. This is an analogue device: it needs a standard phone line or an analogue terminal adapter. If your office moved entirely to a SIP or cloud phone system with no analogue ports, this unit will need an ATA to work — worth confirming with whoever manages your telephony before ordering.

Does this work with a VoIP or SIP phone system?
Not directly. The VoiceStation 100 is an analogue device. To use it on a VoIP system you need an analogue terminal adapter (ATA) to convert the line. Check with your telephony provider before ordering.
How large a room does it suit?
It is designed for small meeting rooms and offices, typically four to six participants. Larger boardrooms are better served by a full-size conference phone with expansion microphones.
Can expansion microphones be added?
No. The VoiceStation 100 uses its three built-in microphones and does not support expansion microphone modules.
