It's powered by a 2.0 GHz Intel Core i3-5005U Dual-Core and 8GB of 1600 MHz DDR3L RAM that allows you to efficiently multitask as well as quickly access frequently used files and programs. While it may be a good idea to add more RAM to increase this system's performance, it is not user accessible and upgradeable.
Its 15.6" display, driven by integrated Intel HD graphics, has a native resolution of 1366 x 768, which enables you to view HD photos and videos. Furthermore, you can use its VGA and HDMI ports to connect external displays for additional screen real-estate. For storage, the HP 250 G5 is equipped with a 500GB 7200 rpm hard drive. Should you need more room, you can connect external storage options via its USB ports as well as its SD media card reader, which can also be used to quickly transfer files from your mobile devices.
