Description

The Dell PowerConnect 8132F is a twenty-four port SFP+ fiber switch that operates at amazing speeds of 1Gb/10Gb to each port, and has a switching capacity of 640 Gbps. The 8132F can actually be expanded to 32 ports with the addition of a QSFP+/40GbE module. Just like other PowerConnect switches, the 8132F is stackable up to six switches. The Dell PowerConnect 8132F SFP+ Fiber Switch is a great choice when distances exceed 100 meters and the 8132 just wouldn't cut it. Additional features include Quality of Service (QoS), VLAN support and Layer 3, plus a 128,000 MAC address table.
