Does it support 5G?
No. This is a 4G LTE handset. It will connect on 4G networks across Australia, which covers the vast majority of mobile data use.
What is included?
The handset is supplied with a compatible charging cable and power adapter. Original retail packaging, headphones and printed manuals are not included with refurbished stock.
What condition will the battery be in?
Battery health is measured during testing. Grade A units are at 70% health or better, Grade B units between 50% and 70%. Batteries are consumables and carry a 30-day warranty.
Has the previous owner's data been removed?
Yes. Every handset is factory reset and data-wiped before it is graded and listed. You set it up fresh with your own account.
