The Calisto P620S fills the gap between cheap desk speakerphones and expensive dedicated conference room units. Its 360° microphone array is the core differentiator — rather than a single directional mic that requires participants to lean toward the device, the omnidirectional array captures clear audio regardless of where the speaker is positioned relative to the device. This makes it suitable for small group calls of 2–4 people gathered around a laptop or desk setup.
UC certification means the device registers natively with Teams, Zoom, and Skype for Business without driver installation on most modern operating systems. Call control buttons (answer/end, mute, volume up/down) work directly through the UC application — you can mute yourself during a Teams call by pressing the button on the P620S rather than clicking the on-screen control. Bluetooth connectivity allows you to take a mobile call through the speakerphone while your PC remains connected, or switch audio to the P620S during an in-progress mobile call for a more comfortable hands-free experience.

Does it work straight out of the box with Microsoft Teams?
Yes. The Calisto P620S is Teams-certified and recognised as a native audio device on Windows and Mac. Connect via USB and Teams will automatically route call audio through it. Call control buttons (mute, answer/end, volume) integrate with the Teams UI.
Can I use it with my mobile at the same time as my PC?
Yes. The P620S supports simultaneous USB (PC) and Bluetooth (mobile) connections. You can switch audio between the two sources, or use the Bluetooth connection to take a mobile call through the speakerphone while your PC remains connected.
How many people can use this in a meeting?
The P620S is best suited for 1–4 participants within approximately 1–2 metres of the device. For larger groups or bigger rooms, a dedicated conference room speakerphone with extended microphone range would be more appropriate.

Fair tech for price, good specs for era, serves the purpose. The black keyboard is an interesting rubber like texture clearly by design to pad the screen and avoid the keyboard touching. Screen is great. Still looking for magic formula to enable computer use in the bright bright sunshine. Keyboard taps are loud for someone who likes silent touch. The perfect PC has to exist, like build a bear.
The laptop was sold with a warning about worn keycaps. In fact they had been obviously vandalised (ex school laptops, perhaps?). The keyboard worked fine, and the rest of the laptop too. I'm using it as a file server, so I don't need the keyboard much. So very pleased, and also pleased with reboot-it's service - as always, excellent, and quick responses to any queries.
