For accounting software, Office, browser-based line-of-business applications and general administration, it has performance to spare.

Can I fit an SSD?

Yes, and it is the upgrade we would recommend first. The chassis is designed for tool-less access, so swapping the mechanical drive for a solid-state one is straightforward and makes the largest difference to how quick the machine feels.
