What is a refurbished device?
A refurbished device is a pre-owned item that has been restored to meet high-quality standards. At Reboot IT, we adhere to strict quality guidelines, ensuring that our refurbished products are not the same as used or secondhand items. We meticulously clean, test, and assess each device, replacing worn parts with high-quality components.
Unlike used items, which lack guarantees and rely solely on the seller's word regarding condition, refurbished devices come with assurance of quality and reliability.

We offer a variety of payment options to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible! You can pay using all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Zip Pay, and PayPal. If you prefer, we also accept bank deposits and even cash for in-store purchases!

A large-venue 3LCD installation projector delivering 6000 lumens at full WUXGA resolution, with HDMI, wired network control and powered lens shift for flexible mounting. Backed by a 12-month Reboot IT warranty. Built for lecture theatres, auditoriums and large meeting spaces where a standard meeting-room projector simply is not bright enough.
Brightness is the whole point of this class of projector. A 3000-lumen unit that looks perfectly good on a 100-inch classroom screen becomes dim and grey when you stretch it to a 200-inch screen in a hall — light spreads over four times the area. At 6000 lumens the CP-WU8460 has the headroom to fill a genuinely large screen and still hold a bright, readable image with house lights up and an audience able to take notes.
The WUXGA panel is what makes that scale usable. At 1920 x 1200 the image is Full HD and then some, with the extra vertical pixels suiting 16:10 presentation content. Video plays at native resolution without scaling artefacts, and detailed content — engineering drawings, financial models, medical imaging, dense reference slides — remains sharp rather than dissolving into blur when projected across a large room.
Powered lens shift is the feature installers care about most. Because the image can be moved vertically and horizontally without angling the projector, the unit can be mounted where the structure and cabling allow rather than where the geometry demands, and the picture stays perfectly rectangular without resorting to digital keystone correction, which always costs sharpness. Plan the install properly: this is a heavy, mains-powered unit that needs a rated mount and a competent installation.

Grading covers cosmetic appearance only. Every unit is functionally tested to the same standard regardless of grade. The lamp is a consumable item — remaining lamp hours are checked during testing and we can confirm the reading for a specific unit on request.
How big a screen will 6000 lumens cover?
Comfortably into large-venue territory — the sort of screen used in a lecture theatre, auditorium or hall, and bright enough to remain readable with house lighting on. Exact sizing depends on screen gain, throw distance and how much ambient light the room carries.
What does lens shift do for me?
It lets you move the projected image up, down or sideways without tilting the projector. That means the unit can be mounted where the building allows rather than where the geometry demands, and the image stays perfectly rectangular without digital keystone correction, which always reduces sharpness.
Is a remote control or mounting bracket included?
No. This unit is supplied as the projector only. A remote control and a mounting bracket are not included. Because of the size and weight of an installation projector, use a bracket specifically rated for this model.
How many lamp hours are left?
Lamp hours are read during testing. The lamp is a consumable item that will eventually need replacing. Contact us before ordering if you would like the reading for the specific unit currently in stock — on a large-venue projector this is worth asking about.
Will it display Full HD video properly?
Yes. The WUXGA panel is 1920 x 1200, so 1920 x 1080 Full HD content displays at native resolution with no downscaling, with a little extra vertical space for 16:10 presentation material.
Can it be integrated into a room control system?
Yes. The LAN port supports network control and monitoring, which is how installation projectors are normally managed in venues with a central AV control desk.
How is it shipped?
Shipping costs apply based on size and destination — rates are calculated at checkout. This is a large, heavy installation unit and is packed accordingly for transit from our Melbourne facility.
