The P2319H is a workhorse. It is one of the most widely deployed 23-inch business monitors in Australian offices, which means it is a known quantity: predictable panel behaviour, a stand that survives redeployment, and a bezel thin enough to sit well in a bank of three or four. For general office work it does everything asked of it without drawing attention to itself.
Full HD at 23 inches keeps text crisp at 100% scaling, so legacy line-of-business applications render correctly without the scaling artefacts that appear on higher density panels. The IPS panel holds colour across the full surface, which matters when two windows sit side by side or when a colleague reviews something over your shoulder.
Connectivity is the practical strength. Keeping VGA alongside HDMI and DisplayPort lets a single monitor model serve a new docked laptop and an older desktop still in service. The USB hub requires an upstream cable to the PC, after which four downstream ports handle keyboard, mouse, headset and storage. The stand covers 130mm of lift, tilt, 90 degree swivel and a full 180 degree rotation.

Does it have VGA?
Yes. Video inputs are VGA, HDMI and DisplayPort, so it connects to both legacy and current machines without an adapter.
What USB ports does it have?
Four downstream ports — two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 — plus a USB 3.0 upstream port. The upstream cable from monitor to PC must be connected for the hub to work.
Is the stand included?
Yes. The full-function stand is supplied, giving 130mm of height adjustment, tilt, 90 degree swivel and 180 degree rotation. The panel is also VESA 100 x 100 compatible.
Can I use it in portrait?
Yes. The stand rotates a full 180 degrees, so it can be pivoted into portrait in either direction for reading long documents or code.
What is the difference between the Excellent and Good grades?
Both grades are fully tested and carry the same 12-month warranty. The difference is cosmetic only — Excellent units have minimal marks, Good units show more visible signs of prior office use on the bezel, chassis or stand.
Does it have speakers?
No. The P2319H has no built-in speakers. Dell offers an optional clip-on soundbar for the P-series, sold separately.
How is it shipped?
Shipping costs apply based on size and destination — rates are calculated at checkout. Monitors are packed with protective padding for transit.
This monitor is covered by a 12-month warranty from Reboot IT. If a fault develops within the warranty period, contact us and we will arrange assessment, repair or replacement. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this warranty and are not limited by it.
