Does it come with Windows 11?

Can I upgrade the memory and storage?
Yes. Memory uses two DDR4 SODIMM slots so it can be expanded, and the M.2 SSD can be replaced with a larger drive if you need more local storage.
Is 128GB of storage enough?
It's well suited to cloud-based workflows (OneDrive, Google Drive), web apps and everyday Office use. If you store large local files, photo or video libraries, you can fit a larger M.2 SSD.

Just having trouble greeting it linked to the internet otherwise it’s okay.
Fair tech for price, good specs for era, serves the purpose. The black keyboard is an interesting rubber like texture clearly by design to pad the screen and avoid the keyboard touching. Screen is great. Still looking for magic formula to enable computer use in the bright bright sunshine. Keyboard taps are loud for someone who likes silent touch. The perfect PC has to exist, like build a bear.
The laptop was sold with a warning about worn keycaps. In fact they had been obviously vandalised (ex school laptops, perhaps?). The keyboard worked fine, and the rest of the laptop too. I'm using it as a file server, so I don't need the keyboard much. So very pleased, and also pleased with reboot-it's service - as always, excellent, and quick responses to any queries.
