This is a budget utility monitor, and it is worth being clear about what that means. The 1366x768 resolution is well below Full HD, so it is not the screen for spreadsheets with many columns, detailed design work or anything where fine text matters. What it does well is add cheap screen real estate where a second display is more useful than a better one.
That makes it a sensible fit for reception desks, warehouse and workshop terminals, point-of-sale stations, and as a secondary monitor for email, chat or a dashboard you want permanently visible. In fleet rollouts where cost per desk is the constraint, it does the job without drama.
