The S22A100N was built for offices, and it shows in the best way. At 21.5 inches and 1920 x 1080 it sits on the practical sweet spot for desk work — wide enough to hold two documents side by side or a full spreadsheet at a readable zoom, compact enough that it does not swallow a standard desk or force you to turn your head to read the corners. Run at native resolution, which is where any LCD looks its best, text is crisp and comfortable for a full working day.
The single VGA input is the thing to understand before ordering. There is no HDMI, no DisplayPort and no DVI on this model — connection is VGA (D-Sub) only. For the equipment this monitor was made to sit alongside, that is exactly right: office desktops, thin clients, point-of-sale terminals and machine controllers overwhelmingly still carry a VGA output, and screens that still accept one are getting harder to source. If you are connecting a modern laptop instead, a USB-C-to-VGA or HDMI-to-VGA adapter handles it, but that is worth budgeting for rather than discovering on the day.
Being straight about the rest: this is a TN-panel business display, so viewing angles are narrower than an IPS screen and colour shifts if you sit well off-centre. The stand tilts but does not raise, lower, swivel or pivot. It is a 60Hz panel with no built-in speakers. None of that matters for spreadsheets, email, browsing, coding, reception counters or a second screen — and all of it matters if you are grading photographs or gaming. Bought for the former, it is a lot of usable screen for very little money.

Does this monitor have HDMI?
No. The S22A100N is a VGA-only model — there is no HDMI, DVI or DisplayPort connection. If your computer outputs HDMI, DisplayPort or USB-C, you will need an adapter to VGA. Please check your machine's outputs before ordering.
What cables are included?
The monitor ships with its stand, a power lead and a video cable. If you need a particular cable or adapter for your setup, mention it with your order and we will match it where we can.
Does it have built-in speakers?
No, this model has no speakers and no audio output. Use your computer's own speakers, a set of desktop speakers, or headphones plugged into the PC.
Can I adjust the height or rotate the screen?
The supplied stand tilts forwards and backwards but does not raise, lower, swivel or pivot to portrait. If you need full adjustment, a monitor arm or a simple riser is the usual solution.
Is it tested for dead pixels?
Yes. Every screen is powered on and inspected for dead or stuck pixels and backlight uniformity, and the video input is confirmed working, before the monitor is graded and packed.
Is it suitable as a second screen?
Yes, provided your computer or dock has a spare VGA output (or you use an adapter). A 21.5-inch Full HD panel pairs well alongside a laptop screen or a larger primary monitor.
How is it shipped?
Monitors are bulky items, so shipping costs apply based on size and destination — rates are calculated at checkout. Orders are packed and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse with tracking emailed to you.
This monitor is covered by a 12-month Reboot IT warranty. If a covered fault appears within that period we will repair or replace the unit, and you deal with our team directly rather than an overseas call centre.
