The Mitel RFP 12 adds cordless Mitel 112 DECT phones to your existing network, supporting up to 20 handsets and five simultaneous calls from one base station. Backed by a 12-month warranty from Reboot IT. Supplied as the base station only — handsets are not included.
Some roles simply do not sit at a desk. Reception staff move between the counter and the waiting area, hotel front-desk teams step away to help guests, and retail staff need to take a call from the shop floor. The RFP 12 gives those users Mitel 112 cordless handsets connected to the business phone system over SIP, so they stay reachable while they move.
Because the base station connects to your existing LAN, adding cordless users does not mean cabling new desk phones. Mount it centrally on a wall for the best coverage, and add RFP 12 repeaters later if the building needs a wider footprint.
Coverage reaches up to 50 metres indoors and up to 300 metres outdoors. Concrete and metal walls reduce range, so larger or more solid buildings may benefit from a repeater.
