Is the battery still good in this UPS?

All units are tested before dispatch. Grade A batteries hold 70%+ capacity; Grade B hold 50–70%. A separate 30-day battery warranty applies.

What condition grades are available?

We offer Grade A (Excellent — minimal cosmetic marks) and Grade B (Good — light wear). All grades are fully functional.

Does it come with a warranty?

Yes — every purchase includes a 12-month return-to-base warranty from Reboot IT. A 30-day battery warranty is also included.

How is it shipped?

Free standard shipping is included across Australia. Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.

Can I replace the battery myself?

Yes — the MP5205 uses a standard sealed lead acid battery that can be replaced by the user. Replacement batteries are available from electronics suppliers.

Is modified sine wave output suitable for my PC?

Modified sine wave is compatible with most desktop PCs, monitors, routers and NAS drives. Sensitive equipment such as some server PSUs may require pure sine wave.

All-in-one Solution for Home Office

I was looking for an in-expensive all-in-one solution for my home office to replace my existing desktop and monitor. I found this EliteOne 800 on reboot IT for under $200. Fair tech for price

Fair tech for price, good specs for era, serves the purpose. The black keyboard is an interesting rubber like texture clearly by design to pad the screen and avoid the keyboard touching. Screen is great. Still looking for magic formula to enable computer use in the bright bright sunshine. Keyboard taps are loud for someone who likes silent touch. The perfect PC has to exist, like build a bear.

Works excellently as advertised.

The laptop was sold with a warning about worn keycaps. In fact they had been obviously vandalised (ex school laptops, perhaps?). The keyboard worked fine, and the rest of the laptop too. I'm using it as a file server, so I don't need the keyboard much. So very pleased, and also pleased with reboot-it's service - as always, excellent, and quick responses to any queries.
