What is a refurbished device?
A refurbished device is a pre-owned item that has been restored to meet high-quality standards. At Reboot IT, we adhere to strict quality guidelines, ensuring that our refurbished products are not the same as used or secondhand items. We meticulously clean, test, and assess each device, replacing worn parts with high-quality components.
Unlike used items, which lack guarantees and rely solely on the seller's word regarding condition, refurbished devices come with assurance of quality and reliability.

The Latitude 5330 2-in-1 is Dell's 13.3-inch business convertible: a laptop that folds back into a tablet. This one is the top configuration — a 12th-generation Intel Core i7-1265U, 16GB of memory and a 1TB NVMe SSD — with a Full HD touchscreen and a factory-fitted 4G LTE modem.
The Core i7-1265U is the fastest processor Dell offered in the Latitude 5330, a 10-core 12th-generation chip that boosts to 4.8GHz for demanding spreadsheets, large documents and multitasking. 16GB of memory keeps many applications open together, and the 1TB NVMe SSD loads quickly and holds a full working library without an external drive.

Does the 4G work in Australia?
Yes. The fitted Intel XMM 7360 is a global LTE modem. You will need a mobile data plan; a SIM is not included.
Is a pen included?
No. The touchscreen supports an active pen, but the pen is sold separately.
Does it come with a charger?
Yes, a compatible USB-C power adapter is included.
Can the memory be upgraded?
No. The memory on the Latitude 5330 is soldered to the board, so 16GB is what it will always have.
