Performance in Use
The SIP-T58A represents the premium tier of Yealink's SIP phone range — designed for executives and managers who want a fully featured smart desk phone, not just a basic voice terminal. The 7-inch capacitive touchscreen runs Android, allowing native access to calendar apps, directory lookups, video conferencing, and custom business applications alongside standard SIP call handling.
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth built into the T58A eliminate the need for a cable run to the phone — particularly valuable in open-plan offices, hotdesking environments, and executive suites where cable management is a priority. Bluetooth pairing with wireless headsets keeps hands free during calls without a physical headset adapter.
On the call quality side, Yealink's HD Voice technology with Opus codec delivers wideband audio that makes conversations more natural and less fatiguing over long call sessions. Gigabit PoE (802.3af/at) means the phone powers over the Ethernet cable from any PoE switch, keeping the desk clean with a single cable serving both network and power.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this work with Microsoft Teams?
The SIP-T58A is a standard SIP device and is not certified for Microsoft Teams calling. The Teams-certified variant is the T58V. For Teams deployments, verify firmware and certification requirements with your Teams administrator.
Does it require a PoE switch?
PoE (802.3af/at) is the recommended power source, but the T58A can also be powered via a 5V DC adapter if a PoE switch is not available.
Is the Android operating system still supported?
The T58A runs Yealink's customised Android environment. Core SIP phone functions and most built-in apps operate independently of Android version support. Google Play Store access and third-party app support depend on your firmware and configuration.
Can I use a Bluetooth headset with it?
Yes. The built-in Bluetooth 4.0 supports pairing with Bluetooth headsets for wireless hands-free calling directly from the phone.
What is the warranty?
All Reboot IT products include a 12-month warranty. If a fault develops within 12 months, we repair or replace at no cost.
What are the shipping costs?
