Was hesitant about purchasing a refurb laptop. The hp elite book is super quick and reliable, everything I needed at a fraction of the price.
Sales are a bit lax. Although helpful when I phoned to enquire, they promised to call me back but never did. When the lap top was purchased there was an offer of a free bag for the lap top but it was not sent. However, when I sent an email about it, I was sent a bag immediately. So, no real complaints, just feedback so you can improve where necessary.
