Redeeming Discounts
To apply a discount code, enter your code into the 'Discount Code' field.
- For desktop users: The option is available on the Checkout page.
- For mobile users: The entry box is at the top of your Order Summary.
Additionally, discount codes can be entered at the bottom of the My Cart page before proceeding to Checkout.
- Discount Validity: Ensure that your discount code has not expired. All discount codes have a validity period mentioned in the communication received from Reboot IT containing the code.
- Eligibility Requirements: Certain discounts may only apply to specific items, brands, or item combinations. Any exclusions or terms will be detailed in the communication that included your discount code.

How it works:

Here’s a quick step-by-step guide for making a purchase on the Reboot IT website.
Begin by locating the item you wish to buy – simply type the name, brand, or category of the product into the search bar at the top of our homepage. Once you've located the item, click ‘Add to Cart’.
When you’re all set to proceed, click on ‘My Cart’ (located at the top right of the page, symbolized by a small shopping cart icon) to review your items or to start the checkout process.
During checkout, you’ll be prompted to provide your contact information, select delivery options, and move forward to the payment stage.
Input your payment information. We accept payment via Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Reboot IT Gift Cards.
Before completing the purchase, verify all of your provided details and then click on ‘Complete Purchase’.
And that's it! Your transaction is finalized. A confirmation email detailing your order and the information regarding delivery or pickup will be sent to you.

Our website is updated constantly throughout the day. If an item is showing as In Stock, it means we have that item in our warehouse.
Our product pages show you how many items remain for that SKU (product).

Should you wish to cancel a delivery order that has not been shipped, we encourage you to reach out to us immediately.
For click and collect orders, cancellation is possible before you have collected the item.
