Product is as described. My only issue is that Reboot IT need to use a cleaner that is not so sticky when wiping down the reconditioned items. This laptop while clean was sticky due to the cleaning product they used

Fair tech for price, good specs for era, serves the purpose. The black keyboard is an interesting rubber like texture clearly by design to pad the screen and avoid the keyboard touching. Screen is great. Still looking for magic formula to enable computer use in the bright bright sunshine. Keyboard taps are loud for someone who likes silent touch. The perfect PC has to exist, like build a bear.

Very good. No remote control but I found one that worked from an old projector.

it got shipped out a week later but the mini pc is good for my GeForce NOW sessions but overall it was never serviced so i had to repaste it clean out more dust
Love it, put Win10 and Linux Mint on it, runs perfectly. Good price and much better than a new pc.
Availability of a stand for the monitor would make the use much easier.
